Beach Blessings is an Almost Oceanfront, 7-bedroom, 6-full, and 2-half bath home located directly across from the beach access in the heart of Emerald Isle. Beach Blessings is one of our exclusive Blue Pearl Homes. Exquisitely-furnished and exceptionally-appointed, Blue Pearl Homes are top-of-the-line vacation homes. As such, Beach Blessings features an upgraded linen package, with your beds made-up for you, and comes with a heated pool (may be heated upon request for $625/week), a hot tub, and an elevator.

Beach Blessings has gotten a facelift this spring with new carpet in all the bedrooms and new lights in all the bathrooms. The three king bedrooms have all new furnishings, and the three bedrooms on the west side of the home (top, middle, and ground floors) have new, firmer beds. The top floor living area has a new comfortable sectional and classy tables, and the wood floors are all shined up. The kitchen appliances were refreshed late last summer and are ready for your gourmet cooking.

Conveniences and Info Layout -Seven roomy bedrooms, five with their own dedicated bathrooms. No sharing required. -Two living areas, one on the top floor and one on the bottom. This home only offers first right of refusal for weeks between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Payment is due at the time of booking.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

May, September, and October offer excellent weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
• In the Havelock area, The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property management companies typically offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
