Historic downtown Beaufort is yours to appreciate and discover at this updated bungalow in the heart of town. Eateries, cafes, stores, the Olde Beaufort Farmers Market - they're all within blocks of you here.

This home features a prime location for exploring North Carolina's Crystal Coast, with downtown Beaufort and the farmers market only two blocks south. In addition to having the North Carolina Maritime Museum around the corner, you'll be a short and breathtaking drive from the beach on Radio Island (less than three miles), Atlantic Beach (seven miles), and Fort Macon State Park (nine miles).

Begin each morning outside on the classic front porch, sipping your first cup of coffee, reading the newspaper in a rocking chair, and watching the neighborhood wake up. Back inside, you'll be greeted by the comfort of central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi to help you plan the day's excursions, and a breezy, open layout that makes spending time together effortless. Savor a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a living room where you can screen your favorite movies in the evenings.

Located in Beaufort, this vacation home is by the sea. Beaufort Historic Site and Core Creek Bridge are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Morehead City Yacht Basin and Town Creek Marina.   • Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at departure. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
