Appreciate the beach in a cavernous, Middle Row duplex that is a short five min. walk to the beach and 1/3 of a mile to the sound access. This well maintained and exceptionally clean duplex offers a completely outfitted kitchen with pots/pans, plates, cups and silverware. Savor the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach! At nighttime, relax by the fire in the secluded back yard. Jump into a clean bed with fresh linens that are included. Catch the striking sunrises or sunsets of Emerald Isle.

The space
The space was freshly painted for the 2021 season. Lighting was refreshed and new furnishings was added. Open concept with the kitchen and living room. Two intelligent TV's entirely equipped with the latest technology. Fast Wifi is supplied. Ample parking spaces are supplied. Watch the kids play games in the big back yard, or relax by the fire.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier and Emerald Forest Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot. Salty Pirate Water Park and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting.

How to get the best rental value:

  • In the Havelock area, The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Havelock attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.   • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
