* Pool view and OCEAN WATER VIEW.  Not able to see sand on beach from the condo, but you can see and hear the flowing ocean waves from the condo deck.
* FITNESS ROOM: basic weights,  2 tread mills, 1 stationary bicycle.  
* STAIRS: There are 25+ steep stairs with handrails to access the beach
* No security deposit is required.

HOME - things to know
* This is a SELF-CATERING stay included by a family owner.  Guest responsible for optional and additional GUEST SERVICES that they request during their stay;
* No EVENTS, events or sizable gatherings in excess of the max guests paid for in the reservation;
* MAX occupancy - Max 8 ppl. Bed linens and towels supplied for 6 people. 
* NO FAMILY PETS.  Sorry. It’s the HOA rules.  

HOME RULES
* Guest agrees to follow the Ocean Club RESORT and PARKING RULES monitored by on-site security;  Two (2) car parking permits supplied in the condo for placement in your automobile.
* CHECK-IN is anytime after 4PM; Checkout is 10 AM.
* Follow CHECK-OUT steps. Treat the condo with respect please;
* NO SMOKING in condo unit or on attached deck.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is on the beach. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

• In the Havelock area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
