Oceanfront 3-bedroom, K* Q* 2S, 2 bath condo on the 4th floor with ELEVATOR. Open floor plan with ocean and pool vistas from living, dining, kitchen, and master bedroom. Access to furnished covered porch from dining and master bedroom. WIFI, central air and heat, ceiling fan in master, entirely equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, stove & washer/dryer. 4 flat screen cable TV's. Recently modernized master bath with double sinks and tiled walk-in shower. The Summer Winds complex offers 3 outdoor pools, tennis, basketball, and shuffleboard courts, and grilling areas. At the base of the A building, Ginger's Café offers meals and hosts family-aligned activities during the summer. The Sports Complex offers indoor recreation including a game room and snack bar. It also has an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and exercise center. Summer Winds is a gated family friendly community with full-time security. 2 parking spaces allowed. Weekly units include linens. This unit rents Saturday to Saturday. No Smoking. No Family Animals.

Located in Indian Beach, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting.

  • In the Havelock area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Summer months are high season in Indian Beach. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.
