With three bedrooms, each featuring refreshed baths, this home exudes luxury.

The primary bedroom on the third floor is a sight to behold, with cathedral ceilings, chic furnishings, a king bed, and day bed.

Other sleeping arrangements are on the first floor and include one guest bedroom with a king bed and a second guest bedroom with two twins, ensuring there's plenty of space for six, whether it's you and your friends, family or guests.

Outside, relax on the veranda or take a dip in the pool. Just a short walk away, the ocean awaits, along with fishing, dining, and shopping options. Capture the magic of your Crystal Coast hideaway with souvenirs, making memories to last a lifetime!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-This property has one assigned parking spot. You will be given 2 parking passes; one is assigned to the on-site parking spot (#10) and one to the overflow parking lot.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a terrific time? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
