Sound of Sea is an oceanfront condominium complex with 2 outside swimming pools, tennis courts and a clubhouse, and private oceanfront walkways. Conveniently located within walking distance to eateries, stores, theme parks and the fishing pier! Sound of the Sea is a gated community.

Sound of the Sea 109 East is an angled Oceanfront Condo on three living levels. It has 4 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 Baths. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Bunk Sets. 5 Color Cable TVs, 4 DVD Players, Stereo with CD Player, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Answering Machine. 2 Refrigerators, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer. Central Heat/Air. Covered and Uncovered Decks with Furnishings.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards. Sound of the Sea West condos will also receive 1 Parking Pass to park one car by the building. Additional parking will be available in the overflow lot. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***

Reminder: The modest complex pool will reopen in the spring for guest use!

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
