Conveniences Included: 2 Color Cable TVs, 1 Color TV (No Cable), DVD Player, Stereo/CD Player. Central heat & air. Stackable washer/dryer. Open & Covered decks with table, 4 chairs. This condo is kid-friendly port-a-crib, high chair, kid locks, infant gate, kids¡s books, toys, infant back pack carrier, infant monitors & more! Note: Please bring your own crib sheets, they are not supplied with linen package.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards. Sound of the Sea West condos will also receive 1 Parking Pass to park one car by the building. Additional parking will be available in the overflow lot. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***

Reminder: The modest complex pool will reopen in the spring for guest use!

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • In the Havelock area, The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Havelock attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.

Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
