Summer Winds 338 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, third-floor oceanfront condo with an extraordinary view of the ocean without leaving the condo! This condo has a huge open living area with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a entirely equipped kitchen. Master Bedroom #1 has a king bed and its own private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a double/twin bunk.

Linens and towels supplied (weekly stays only).

Rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday.

Guests will have access to outside storage to store their beach chairs and equipment.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
