Perched up high over the dunes, this freshly constructed beach home features priceless expansive ocean vistas from its wide covered porch, modern kitchen, living and dining areas! Our meticulously designed 2000 square foot home has an abundance of character with shiplap walls, an inviting and roomy open concept floor plan, 10 feet ceilings, and spectacular vistas of the great Atlantic! Eclectic and trendy decor combines both a mid-century vibe with a light and airy coastal feel. There are two sitting areas - one on each floor, and three bedrooms and a additional room which all comfortably sleep 10. There are 3 full baths, including one with a tub, and a big private outdoor shower . The ocean side big porch is has both covered and uncovered seating and the ground floor has comfortable seating as well. Located on a peaceful street, it is a block away from the best fine dining on the beach, Island Grille, and is a short walking distance to the Atlantic Beach Circle, the Oceana Pier, and Amos Mosquito's.

About the Area

This cottage is located in Atlantic Beach. Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Rachel Carson Reserve. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing.
