Bogue's Retreat is an Oceanview Home with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and 1 Half Bathroom. Appreciate the handsome ocean scenery while taking in the smells of the fresh salt air from the covered outdoor decks! The Lawn at this property is ideal for outdoor games. Pool basketball available. There are also other Games and books available at the property and it is just a two min. walk to the beach (beach access directly in front of the home in front of us).

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, twin bed, Flat screen TV with Firestick. Bedroom 4: Full bed, Flat screen TV with Firestick. Full Bath #1 with walk-in shower and double sinks. Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Sticking to your budget:

• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. Booking in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Booking websites usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.
