Located in one of Atlantic Beach's newest OCEANFRONT Buildings (2015). The property has PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS to 600 ft of Pristine, SECLUDED BEACH. Feel peaceful walks, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks along the beach! Feel the fresh breeze and gaze out into the Sea while appreciating your morning coffee or evening glass of wine at one of the Gazebos or seating areas on the 2nd floor deck. Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.

The interior features a queen bed, queen size couch sleeper, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest children. An Outdoor Pool, Generous Grassy Area, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

This is a beachfront complex but your unit faces the road side of the complex and does NOT have a Direct Sea View. Have the convenience of driving right up and parking right in front of your unit! You can appreciate Sea vistas from the wraparound public balcony on the 2nd floor, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Sea (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the housekeeper). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

Secure Free WiFi is included for your convenience. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

Ideal hideaway for a charming weekend, or a family getaway ...watch dolphins splash from the oceanside gazebo ... don’t miss the sunset over the sea waves .... walk the sandy beach ... build a sandcastle with the children ... surf cast for one of the many varieties of fish in our sea waters ... watch surfers hang ten.... Jet-ski or Parasail ... take a jog, or ride your bicycle on the new Atlantic Beach bicycle trail ... feel the wind through your hair on the new Cape Lookout ferry... check out the wild Spanish ponies of Shackleford Banks.... take the children to the new Atlantic Beach recreation park... and don't forget the exceptional NC Aquarium!

Suitability/Homeowners Rules:
- This is a SMOKE COMPLIMENTARY COMMUNITY. (You may not smoke in common areas to include balconies and gazebo's). We have supplied two designated Smoking Areas located on the Two picnic tables with signage at either end of the complex.
- Max 4 guests including infants. (Max 3 adults recommended).
- 2 cars max.
- Family Animals (1 dog less than 30 lbs) may be allowed if the Pets Accepted function is allowed by the host. 1 dog is subject to a $100 pet fee per stay. 1 dog must have all shots and flea meds. Guest must not leave dog unattended in room. Guest must clean up after dog.
Leash must be used on property.
- No boats or trailers allowed to park on the premises.
- Pool open seasonally subject to management's discretion (usually May 1 to Nov 1)
- Facilities only for registered guests to include beach access, pool, and parking area.

Find your perfect vacation home:

  • To get the most suitable rental within your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Havelock attractions and restaurants.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer special rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your rental while you are out and about. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on great reviews to stimulate future reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review find their best rental home. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
