• Summer months are high season in Atlantic Beach. To find the best vacation home within your budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Havelock restaurants, beaches, and activities.
• Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance.
