Summer Winds A-303 is a third-floor, oceanfront, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Take in the extraordinary vistas of the ocean from your private balcony!

Total linens includes a bedroom with a King bed and deck access and private bath and another bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed and a shared bath.

Additional Conveniences include: High-speed wireless internet, 3 Intelligent TV, Basic Cable, Covered Deck with furnishings, outdoor deck, Interior Washer/Dryer, Entirely Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and blender.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Linens and towels are included for weekly stays only.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.

Rents nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum (Off season and last min. only).

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

When to book & When to go:

• June, July, and August are high season in the Havelock area. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.

• At departure, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to stimulate more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review.
