Ground-level cavernous conference room for 150 next to the pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a magnificent beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.
Summer Winds A-505 is a handsome fifth-floor, Oceanfront Condo, with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, located in the A (middle) building of the complex. The unit is close to the "A" elevator and is in the left corner of the 5th floor. Guests are welcomed to the entryway area which has an enclosed washer and dryer on the right. On the left, there is a guest bedroom with a sound view window. It has a closet and access to a "Jack and Jill" bathroom which connects to the second guest bedroom. This bedroom has a closet, and the window showcases an ocean and poolside/hot-tub view. The kitchen and dining room are open to majestic ocean vistas coming from the sliding glass doors leading out to the massive covered deck. The huge deck with outdoor furnishings accepts for direct oceanfront and corner poolside/hot tub vistas. The living room features a sizable ocean and poolside/hot tub view window, as well as an additional ocean view window.
The private master end suite is separate from the other 2 bedrooms. It has 2 oceanfront windows, and a glass door leading out to the oceanfront deck. The enormous master bathroom has bespoke tilework and 2 separate sinks. The last bedroom has a sound view window and 2 twin beds. It utilizes the hall bathroom. Entirely equipped and refreshed kitchen features coffee maker, oven, refrigerator with attached ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and air fryer.
The corner oceanfront location on the 5th floor offers majestic vistas of the ocean, sound, and biggest pool in the :complex. The pool area includes a kiddy pool and hot tub (which is visible from the condo). In addition, the condo is located directly above the Summerwinds restaurant which is open during the summer season. The 5 flat TV's and complimentary WIFI access satisifies the technology appetites of guests. This condo offers vacation perfection!
Conveniences Include: High-speed Wireless Internet, 3 Flat Screen TVs, 2 Intelligent TVs, 1 DVD Player, All TVs have basic cable, Interior Washer/Dryer, Covered Balcony, outdoor decks, deck furnishings.
NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
