The Substantial “Cook’s Kitchen” has plenty of counter space and is entirely supplied with everything you’ll need to make meals for 20! Savor the big screen media room, pool table and foosball for evening entertainment. Great vistas of BOTH the Ocean out front and Bogue Sound behind!

All new bathrooms and plank floor throughout the home, plus all new porch and pool deck furnishings. New decks and porches on every level, outdoor grille station/patio, and new hot tub. New kitchen and new furnishings throughout.

Ground Level: Media Room has a 90” Roku TV and Surround Sound. Game Room has a Pool Table and Foosball Table with a huge Roku TV. Bedroom #1 has 2 Double/Twin Bunk Sets. Bedroom #2 has a Queen. There is one Full-Bath on this level as well as a kitchenette.

Level One: Master Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in double shower and complimentary-standing tub, and a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed & a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #5 has a King Bed and a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedrooms #4 and #5 have access to a Full-Bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #6 has a King bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in shower, and Vistas of the Sound.

Level Two: Roomy Great Room with a vaulted ceiling has a Living Area, a Kitchen Area and a Dining Area (seating 16+) with wall-to-wall Ocean and Sound Vistas. The Sizable Covered Porch is just off of the Living Area and offers ample seating and an outdoor dining table for 8 & Great Ocean Vistas from east to west.   • In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Reserve your vacation in the Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

  • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good ratings to compel future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation.
