Only a few steps from the beach, which is never busy because the island is only 3-homes deep in this stretch of Emerald Isle! The elevator and outdoor ramp from the driveway make for simple access to the entire home. The Generous “Cook’s Kitchen” has plenty of counter space and is completely outfitted with everything you’ll need to make meals for 20! Appreciate the big screen media room, pool table and foosball for evening entertainment. Great vistas of BOTH the Ocean out front and Bogue Sound behind!

Level One: Master Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in double shower and complimentary-standing tub, and a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed & a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #5 has a King Bed and a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedrooms #4 and #5 have access to a Full-Bath with a walk-in shower. Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
