Inside, the ambiance is modern and airy, featuring a sleek kitchen with ample pantry space, and breakfast bar. The roomy living room offers comfort and flexibility for socializing. With three bedrooms, and three baths, including a opulent primary suite with high ceilings and charming touches, there's space for everybody.

Unwind on the veranda with a beverage as the sun sets, or take a short walk to savor beach activities, fishing, ice cream, and dining options. Don't forget to pick up souvenirs to commemorate your memorable stay at Seas the Day!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

*PET POLICY
One dog (25lb weight limit) is allowed at a cost of $200 + tax . This fee is non-returnable.
If you are booking online, select one pet at checkout. Otherwise, contact Spectrum Rental Properties directly to add the pet fee to your reservation.

OTHER NOTES:
-This property has one assigned parking spot. You will be given 2 parking passes; one is assigned to the on-site parking spot (#7) and one to the overflow parking lot.
-No smoking
-The Community Pool is open From Memorial Day to Labor Day.
