Steps from the beach with outdoor spaces on each floor, it offers so many options for taking in the salty sweet ocean air. With some of the biggest widest beaches in NC, steps down the public boardwalk that’s right outside our front door, you’ll find you don’t miss being oceanfront. A fast walk down the beach & you are at the circle, where you can appreciate multiple fantastic eateries and stores.

The home features a reverse floorplan with the kitchen, dining & seating areas on the top floor. The 2nd floor has 2 king bedrooms with ensuite baths and private balconies. The 1st floor has a huge bunk room with 3 twin beds & a queen. Additionally the bunk room features a seating area with a sizable Intelligent TV for the kiddos to savor while the adults relax upstairs. All floors are accessible by an elevator, all bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms.

The entire home is yours to enjoy including the garage that is available to store your beach toys or a modest car. There is parking for three cars in the drive and side yard as well.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Rachel Carson Reserve. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • To book the largest rental home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Havelock restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

  • Respect your neighbors. Often, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
