Steps from the beach with outdoor spaces on each floor, it offers so many options for taking in the salty sweet ocean air. With some of the biggest widest beaches in NC, steps down the public boardwalk that’s right outside our front door, you’ll find you don’t miss being oceanfront. A fast walk down the beach & you are at the circle, where you can appreciate multiple amazing eateries and stores.

The home features a reverse floorplan with the kitchen, dining & seating areas on the top floor. The 2nd floor has 2 king bedrooms with ensuite baths and private balconies. The 1st floor has a huge bunk room with 3 twin beds & a queen. Additionally the bunk room features a seating area with a enormous Intelligent TV for the kiddos to savor while the adults relax upstairs. All floors are accessible by an elevator, all bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms.

The entire home is yours to enjoy including the garage that is available to store your beach toys or a modest car. There is parking for three cars in the drive and side yard as well.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Fort Macon State Park and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to book a Havelock rental home & When to go:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Havelock area. To find the largest rental home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to stimulate more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
