Your family will be close to everything, including the beach, when you stay at this centrally-located three-story beachside vacation rental in Atlantic Beach, NC. Lots of relaxation space with porches on every level of the home. Cavernous kitchen to prepare family meals after a day at the beach. Seasonal pool is just around the corner. Open May - October 31.

~1550 square feet of family fun when you stay in this charmingly furnished three-story townhome that is just across the street from the beach (via a marked pedestrian walkway).

First Floor Features: Cozy living room that is connected to the roomy kitchen with additional bar seating. Half bathroom. Outdoor patio with seating and a modest grille.

Second Floor Features: Bedroom 2: Queen w/ private bathroom and private balcony | Bedroom 3: Double bunk beds beds with a trundle w/ private bathroom | Full-Size Washer & Dryer with iron and ironing board.

Third Floor Features: Bedroom 1: King w/ private bathroom and private balcony. Just a peak of the ocean from the balcony.

Additional Conveniences: Roku Intelligent TVs in every room with YouTube TV. Free Wifi. Neighborhood Pool open May - October.

Kitchen: Entirely equipped with cookware, glassware, dishes, and silverware. Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster. Microwave and dishwasher.

About the Area

This vacation home is located in Atlantic Beach. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting.

Sticking to a spending plan:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in the Havelock area. Reserve your rental home in Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is normally available online. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property manager before booking the vacation property. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches.
  • If your group is bringing pets, you must book a pet-friendly property. Ask for specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some hosts require additional pet deposits and fees.
  • If there's a certain Havelock beach you long to visit, look for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater to your needs.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking

  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers bothering your peaceful home. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and places you would have never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a fantastic time? Most rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
