Other remodeling was finished in 2019-2020 with all New Kitchen appliances and granite countertops. Other upgrades finished throughout including HVAC & hot water heater. New stacked washer & dryer installed in 2021. Living Room with comfortable sectional couch and La-Z-Boy recliner added. Master bedroom with King size bed, Bedroom#2 with Queen size bed and Bedroom#3 with Full/Twin Bunk. Covered Deck with side Ocean view. Polywood Deck Furnishings with Bar Table and Chairs. Exterior seating for 7. Great place to hang out and appreciate the ocean view and relax. Elevators. Covered Garage parking (Only two cars allowed). Year-Round Outdoor Heated Oceanfront pool/hot tub. Soundside pool and hot tub with striking view of sound. Both pools have poolside bathrooms. There is a very Nice Fishing Pier with Giant covered Hut and plenty of seating for appreciating the birds and sunset. Unwind in chairs while enjoying the peaceful grassy area overlooking the Sound.
