Featuring sun-soaked interiors and coastal decor, you’ll feel right at home in this getaway’s multiple comfortable living areas. Snuggle up on the plush couch to stream your favorite movies or open the balcony door to let in the cool ocean breeze while playing board games.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Havelock area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is an excellent way to save money on your vacation.   • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection.   • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
