Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Homeowners Association if you are a registered guest. Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

Very close to Oceanfront Swimming Pool, Beach & Clubhouse (See Photo). The Living Area has a 55" Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD, great for family viewing! Step out onto the covered oceanfront balcony with patio chairs for painless ocean viewing! The open floor plan is great for an oceanfront meal or additional seating! This condo with its well-appointed kitchen and enormous pantry cabinets is marvelous for a laid-back family vacation. Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, a Full Bath and a covered oceanfront balcony, and 37" Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a morning balcony with a 32" Flat Screen. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures. • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
