Sandy Paws is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath, 1 Half Bath, home that is waiting for you! Located in Emerald Isle- This home is a great spot for your Crystal Coast Vacation! Sandy Paws is only 5 homes back from the beach! This is sure to allow for privacy while still granting close by access to the sand and sea! Does your dog need a vacation too? This property is pet friendly!

Great location, short walk to the beach, painless access to the bicycle path, across the street to the Emerald Isle Woods where hiking trails abound, and there is a pier out into Bogue Sound for appreciating the gorgeous summer sunsets from the comfort of your hammock.

A neighborhood playground is also just up the street. You also have access to the golf cart located on the property that can be rented for a fee of $325! Take a break from the beach and savor a game of cornhole! There is a Gas grille available for your convenience.

Additional Conveniences: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience! Totally Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Slow Cooker, and Blender. Interior Washer/Dryer, Golf Cart, Gas Grille, Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Fire Pit, Corn Hole, Back Patio Space, Electric Car Charging Station, and a Golf Cart.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay (off-season only).

No Smoking. Family Animals Stay Free (2 Dogs Max).

If you have decided to rent the golf cart available at the property during your stay, you will need to stop by our Emerald Isle Office to pick up the golf cart keys from our front desk during regular business hours. You will also need to return these keys at the end of your stay.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

This vacation home is located in Emerald Isle. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.

  • In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • Keep your rental home locked while you're away! Don't let thieves ruin your vacation.
  • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed everything at check-out. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Most rental managers make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
