This Soundside 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath coastal getaway located in the marsh oaks is designed for rest and fun, offering a welcoming blend of modern style and coastal appeal while the location is ideal for fast access to the beach (public beach access 700 feet away) and local activities!

Ground Level: Bonus Room with Queen Sleeper Couch, Intelligent Roku TV, and Half Bath.

Level One: Bedroom #1 is a Master Bedroom with Queen bed, Intelligent Roku TV, ceiling fan, en suite private full bath with soaker tub and separate shower, and access to the deck this level. Bedroom #2 has a Double bed, Intelligent Roku TV, ceiling fan, and access to the shared full bath this level. Bedroom #3 has a Double bed, Intelligent Roku TV, ceiling fan, access to the shared full bath this level, and access to the deck this level.

Level Two: Living area with Intelligent Roku TV, Dining area, Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Stove/Oven, Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher. Bedroom #4 with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed, Intelligent Roku TV, and access to the shared full bath this this level.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
