Summer Winds B-235 is a spectacular 2nd floor 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo! Living Room has great ocean and pool vistas and is equipped with a 50" Flat Screen HDTV and DVD Player. Master Bedroom has Sensational Cherry furnishings with King size Bed, Dresser, and 32" Flat Screen HDTV. Master Bath has huge granite vanity with two sinks and tons of storage. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed. All beds are topped with outstanding Memory Foam beds. Property has four TVs, two intelligent TVs and 2 color cable TVs.
New linens, rugs, and paint throughout this immaculately maintained unit!
Well-equipped kitchen has all Stainless Steel appliances with full size Washer / Dryer. This calming unit has Plantation Shutters throughout to block out the light for those who like to sleep late!

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
