331 Summer Winds is an Direct Oceanfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Third Floor condo. The Living area has a 52 inch cable TV with DVD player, electronic fireplace with heater, original artwork & covered deck with furnishings. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar with microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a King Bed with 42 inch cable TV, DVD player and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed with a 36 inch TV, DVD Player and Roku Express Plus (no cable). Bedroom #3 has a Twin Bunk Set & Twin Bed and 25 inch TV with Roku Express Plus and DVD player (no cable). Bedrooms #2 & #3 share a Full Bath.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center. Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting.

Get the most from your budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Indian Beach. To get the best value, consider changing your family's Havelock trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
