This “Downtown” unit is the ground floor of the Beachtown Duplex.
The space
- Sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and a queen sleeper couch

- Stocked kitchen with coffee pot, Keurig, blender, toaster, cookware, and dishes
- Outdoor charcoal grille (shared with the uptown unit) and included BBQ tools

- 2 Roku TVs allow you to log in to your streaming services and watch live TV (no cable service)

Dogs are welcome! A $150 non-returnable pet fee. Dogs are required to be listed in your reservation while booking (limit 2 dogs, must adhere to the pet policy).

What to bring:
- We provide hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. If you are a heavy user of these items, please bring your resupply.
- Food supplies, including spices and oils. To keep a sanitary kitchen, we do not have shared supplies of these items.
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, and other personal toiletries. We do not have shared supplies of these items.
- Everything you’ll need for your dog to be comfortable. Dogs are not allowed on furnishings or linens.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Rachel Carson Reserve, while North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting.

  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Book your Havelock rental property in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
