Located just steps away from the charming Atlantic Ocean, your new beach hideaway is the ideal place to watch a sunset, catch some waves, or take a long walk on the beach. As our kids started to move out of the home and start families of their own, we wanted to have a place where we could all gather and have fun together and create new memories. Our home offers a roomy vacation spot just right for the family. The deck just outside the door leads you to the invigorating pool area or to the white sandy beach of the Crystal Coast. Located in a secluded live oak-shaded getaway… what could be better?
Our property is a newly refreshed 3 bed / 2.5 bath condo located in Pine Knoll Shores, just mins. from great food and shopping, and steps away from the beach. All linens are supplied in addition to a washer/dryer and 2nd refrigerator - ideal for long stays when you just need to hideaway.

Minimum 7-nighttime stay (Sunday to Sunday during summer season).

• To get the best rental within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Havelock restaurants and activities.
• Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property management companies often offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.

• Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
