Available June 15-24, 2025 only. Sunday-Sunday. Renovated 4 years ago. Close to beach. 2 outdoor pools, indoor pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. First floor. Unit has elevator access, and also a few steps access.
Peppertree - Atlantic Beach Resort (Festiva).
Resort requires credit card on file for incidentals. There is no sales pitch/presentation. This is my week that I own.
Check in 4pm 6/15, checkout 10am 6/22. You can come earlier and stay later those days to use the beach access and pools.

When to go & When to reserve a rental home:

• Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To book the largest rental home within budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
• Many property management companies supply Havelock area travel guides which often include special offers, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. Planning and choosing your Havelock rental:

Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds. You'll need to determine what configuration is right for your vacation.
• Are you visiting for a specific attraction or event? If so, use a map search to browse nearby properties.
• Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking
• Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or charges applied to your agreement.

• We recommend storing the host's information in your smartphone.
• Document any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately send them to the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be very helpful if a dispute arises.
• Hosts are available to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers bothering your peace and quiet. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and places you would've never otherwise known about!
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
• Lock your rental property while you are out! Don't let burglars ruin your holiday.
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on good reviews to stimulate new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will be thankful you shared your review find their best vacation home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
