This impressive escape features complimentary Wifi, intelligent tvs, a completely supplied kitchen, and ceiling fans in each room. Plus, relax and savor our private deck with your morning coffee or evening beverage. Linens, towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon are supplied for your convenience.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Hammocks Beach State Park. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.

Get the most from your budget:

  • Summer months are high season in Emerald Isle. To book the largest rental for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
  • Find a copy of your local Havelock visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guides have offers and deals for nearby accommodations and attractions.

  • First and foremost, have your group decide on trip dates and a maximum budget.
  • Note the number beds and the configuration your group needs. 5 minute walk to the beach, centrally located, newly refurbished has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific details about bedrooms and bed types is almost always available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, contact the host before you book the home. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds.
  • Visiting for a single attraction? Use a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • If your group is bringing pets, search for a pet-friendly property. Make sure to ask for information on breed, size, and type requirements. Some property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.

Advice for a smooth stay:

  • Add the owner's information to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • At Check-in, note any damages to the property and immediately alert the owner. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.

  • Respect your neighbors. Frequently, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.

  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a terrific time? Many rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
