Each side has 3 enormous flat-screen TVs with Spectrum TV cable and high-speed internet.
In addition to being just steps from the surf, Sea Star features million-dollar vistas from both deck-levels. You will appreciate hours of relaxation on the broad decks below, and some upstairs bedrooms offer sliding glass doors with a deck, tall viewing chairs and unmatched vistas of the shining sands and crystal water. Sip a glass of wine from the upper deck as the sun sets, then create a masterpiece in the kitchen - with newly-caught local seafood, of course!

Our top Emerald Isle rental booking tips and tricks:
Find your perfect rental home:
- Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are high season in Emerald Isle. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
- Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
- Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
- Often, management companies supply Havelock area visitor guides which often include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Havelock visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Selecting the perfect vacation home in Emerald Isle:
- Select vacation dates and budget.
- Note the number beds and the configuration your group requires. Amazing Views - OCEANFRONT 1/2 Duplex! has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is often available on booking pages. If not, call the property manager before booking the vacation home. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to establish which bed configuration is best for your vacation group.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or could be applied to your agreement.
- Are you looking for unique amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental
Tips for your stay:
- Get the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let burglars spoil your family vacation.
- To ensure that damages are not attributed to your family's visit, inspect the property for any problem areas during arrival. Contact the property manager right away to record your findings. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers disrupting your peaceful home life. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would've not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Upon check-out, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did you have a fantastic vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
