With three king bedrooms with en suite baths, (one upstairs and one down), a queen guest bed and an additional guest bedroom with a full and a twin, this pretty, roomy home can accommodate family and friends and fishing, swimming, games of pool, or paddling out on the kayaks!

Ideally located for boating enthusiasts, it's a short cruise to Harkers Island, Cape Lookout, Beaufort, and Morehead City. Explore the world-class islands and fishing spots of the southern Outer Banks; you can bring your boat and tie it up on the concrete dock. Get the best rental value:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Beaufort. To book the largest vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.   • Inspect the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
