Steps from the beach with outdoor spaces on each floor and vistas of the waves, it offers so many options for taking in the salty sweet ocean air. With some of the biggest widest beaches in NC being steps away, you’ll find you don’t miss being oceanfront.

The home features a reverse floorplan with the kitchen, dining & seating areas and a half bath on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is completely supplied for cooking and includes a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

The 1st floor features a walkout bedroom with 2 twin beds, a Intelligent TV and a full bathroom right outside the door. There is also a laundry room and garage on this floor .
The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms; the primary with a Queen bed, two bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. Also featuring Intelligent TVs for the kiddos to appreciate while the adults relax.
All floors are accessible by an elevator.
Bedrooms are complete with high quality linens. A starter set of paper products, garbage bags, and bath towels are supplied. Front door has a convenient coded lock for simple check-in.

Townhome is equipped High speed Wi-fi. All TVs are SmartTv's, ideal for accessing your Netlix, YouTube, Amazon Prime accounts.

This is an handsome location close to aquarium, boat docks, fishing pier, eateries, bars, Fort Macon State Park. Close to Morehead City, Beaufort and all the Crystal Coast has to offer. Parking is right outside of front door and can accommodate 4 cars using the garage.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Property managers sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
• Booking websites often offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
