The Sea Oats community pool is open from the 2nd week of June through Labor Day. Guests are welcome to use the pool (no wrist bands needed). The clubhouse is not open to pool guests. Please note: Sitting area connected to pool in photos is not a hot tub.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is by the ocean. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market.   • In the Havelock area, The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked very early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
