Additional Conveniences Include: High Speed Wireless Internet, 6 Color Cable TVs, 2 DVD Players, a Stereo with a CD Player, a Washer/Dryer, Charcoal Park Grille, Central Air/Heat, a Gas Fireplace, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outside Shower, and an Open Deck with Furnishings.

NOTE: Garage and exterior lift are NOT part of the rental. Not for guests use at any time.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.

  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a great time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
