Level One: Generous Living Area has Cathedral Ceilings and an Open, Wrap-around, Oceanfront Deck. Dining Area faces the ocean and has access to an Open Deck. Galley Kitchen has a Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave and a Dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full-Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full-Bath.

Level Two: Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds. There is one Full-Bath on this level.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Havelock area. To find the largest rental home for your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
