We hope you will find our home to be comfortable & calming – “just like home”. We have put many things into this home to make it very enchanting & a place you want to come back to every year. Just a short walk to the beach access (1 block) will get your toes in the sand in no time! After a long day on the beach, take a walk down to the point to see the most striking sunsets.

The open floor plan gives you plenty of room for entertaining and spending all your waking hours with family and friends, additional pub table for playing games or working a puzzle and a sizable kitchen for cooking. Our bedrooms have names to make it a fun place to remember where everybody sleeps – LOL! Ocean Break is the king master with double sinks & a walk-in tiled shower. Flo’s room (name derived after a Flamingo) has a queen bed, master bath attached, double sinks & a tub/shower inset. Want a peaceful peaceful ambiance? Go to The Palm room for that serine feeling. Sheer white drapes adorn this queen bedroom giving you the feel of being in the islands with the wind blowing. Our Tiki Room is the most colorful and ideal for kids. Flamingo Point is just mins. from all Emerald Isle has to offer with many types of eateries, bicycle trails, and other fun activities for the whole family to appreciate.

  • To book the best rental within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Havelock restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to stimulate more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation.
