Kolby's Kottage is an adorable 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, sound-front home located in the handsome town of Beaufort. It was constructed over the water and provides pretty vistas of the sound from all four bedrooms!

The entirely-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.

Please Note: The dock will accommodate a 35 ft boat parked with ;-motors facing away from the home.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
