- June, July, and August are high season in Pine Knoll Shores. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes.
- The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Property management companies often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
