Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grilles. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the enchanting, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells.


This oceanfront condo is located on the second floor, where it features all the conveniences of home. Appreciate plenty of seating in the living room as you tune in for your favorite shows on the flatscreen cable TV. Step outside, have a seat on the balcony, and relax in the fresh ocean air. You'll also find a completely equipped kitchen with all the necessary major and modest appliances (including a stacked washer/dryer in the closet), a dining table for six, and additional seating at the counter.


The primary bedroom features a TV, private balcony access, and an en suite bathroom with a stall shower, while the second bedroom is ideal for kids. Free WiFi is supplied as well, so you can upload your family vacation photos and make everybody back home jealous.

When to book & When to go:

• In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
• Summertime is high season in Atlantic Beach. Booking your Havelock vacation rental in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property managers often offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
