Master bedroom has a King Size bed, TV & private bathroom with double vanity with roomy storage space, newly modernized soaking tub & walk in tile shower with dual shower head, shower amenities plus hair dryer. Two dressers and plenty of closet storage as well.
Second bedroom has brand new Queen platform bed, dresser, TV and roomy closet.
Third Bedroom has full bed, 2 modest dressers and hanging space plus room for bags and seating.
The very spacious hall bathroom is freshly remodeled with a walk in tile shower and new shower head/hand held shower head combo, shower amenities, single vanity including a hair dryer.
Kitchen: updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Entirely outfitted for cooks with pans, silverware, knives, backing pans, cutting boards, serving pieces plus all the bowls, plates, cups and glasses you need. Plenty of unbreakable pieces so you can savor eating outdoors or in! Kitchen includes an electric cooktop/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Ninja blender, Keurig/ground coffee combo pot. Seating for 2 at the island.
Dining area has expansive vistas of the ocean in all directions!! Table conveniently seats 6 and expands if you need it – and if you need to work while you are here, it’s a great spot to sit and get inspired with plenty of power outlets for your laptop.
The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with 2 couches plus a recliner; the BRAND NEW TV has streaming plus cable and the entertainment unit has a variety of games and books for beach relaxation.
We have a clothes washer & dryer located inside the unit for your convenience, and linens/towels are supplied – just pack your swimsuits and flipflops!

The LIFESTYLE:
Ocean Club beach life is amazing – at our building you are a few steps from the oceanfront and also the pool! Use the included beach towels plus beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys from our owners closet on the main floor so you don’t have to bring your own; store your beach toys there too and no hauling them up. And when you are tired at the end of the day – use the ELEVATOR to effortlessly access your top floor unit!
There is a handsome year-round outdoor HEATED pool & hot tub that you can swim and appreciate all year long. There is also a kiddie pool at the main pool area. A second pool is located on the sound side of the property where there is also a private dock that accepts you to walk out over the sound. Community charcoal grilling stations are placed throughout the property (and can get social!)
Ocean Club sound side also includes a great spot to put in your SUP or Kayak, and features a day dock at our private dock for your boat units.
We are conveniently located between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle, with just a 10 min. drive to either end of the island and walking distance to multiple eateries/stores for your convenience. We are an painless drive from the striking modest towns of Beaufort and Swansboro, as well as aquariums, water parks, mini golf, and movie theaters.
Parking is conveniently located underneath the building (as available) or right outside the door. Two Parking Passes are supplied with your booking.

About the Area

Located in Indian Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center. Traveling with kids? Consider Flatwaters Paddling, or check out an event or a game at Big Rock Stadium.
