This Upgraded 1st floor BEACHFRONT studio condo with DIRECT BEACH ACCESS is located in Atlantic Beach's newest Beachfront complex. You can experience relaxing walks, shelling, sunbathing, surf fishing, and sunset walks on on 600 ft of Pristine SECLUDED BEACH. Savor the Sea Breeze while sipping your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on one of the Gazebo seating areas while gazing out at the Ocean. The Coastal Bicycle Path is also available for running, bicycle rides, and walking. Watch Sun, Surf & Sand Vacation Units presents Ocean Sands on YT.

Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c unit. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.

The interior features a queen bed, queen size couch sleeper, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest kids. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

This is a beachfront complex but your unit is located on the outward side of the building facing neighboring complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. Have the convenience of driving right up and parking right in front of your unit! You can appreciate Ocean vistas from the wraparound public balcony on the 2nd floor, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

Secure Free WiFi is included for your convenience. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

Ideal hideaway for a charming weekend, or a family getaway ...watch dolphins splash from the oceanside gazebo ... don’t miss the sunset over the ocean waves .... walk the sandy beach ... build a sandcastle with the kids ... surf cast for one of the many varieties of fish in our ocean waters ... watch surfers hang ten.... Jet-ski or Parasail ... take a jog, or ride your bicycle on the new Atlantic Beach bicycle trail ... feel the wind through your hair on the new Cape Lookout ferry... check out the wild Spanish ponies of Shackleford Banks.... take the kids to the new Atlantic Beach recreation park... and don't forget the fantastic NC Aquarium!

- This is a SMOKE COMPLIMENTARY COMMUNITY. (There are 2 designated smoking areas on either side of the property).
- Animals and Animals are not allowed per Homeowners Rules.
- Max 4 guests including infants. (Max 3 adults recommended).
- 2 cars max.
- No boats or trailers allowed to park on the premises.
- Pool open seasonally subject to management's discretion (usually May to early October)
- Facilities only for registered guests to include beach access, pool, and parking area.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Big Rock Stadium or Cougar Stadium. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To get the best value, consider shifting your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Have a fantastic stay:

  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a great vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
