DESCRIPTION:
Makin' Waves is a impressive home that has a classic, extravagant feel throughout the entire 3 floors of cavernous gathering spaces and comfortably appointed bedrooms. The exterior also has much to offer, with multi-level covered and uncovered decks on the front and back side all adorned with furnishings for calming and sunbathing. Make watching the sound-side sunset a ritual from the porch swing in the front, and appreciate vistas of the ocean, as well as the family making memories in the private pool, from the back.
Coming in from the pool deck, there is a ground-level living room, offering a roomy, recreational area to take a break from the sun. As you enter the third floor, be prepared to feel at home. This sizable open floor plan is where you will find the kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as a home office. For those working remotely, this room is equipped with a huge sitting desk and a wireless printer. The Master Bedroom fit for a King is on this level as well. The bedroom is furnished with a King Bed, TV filled armoire, and a unique bespoke bathroom complete with soaking tub, standing shower, and separate vanities.

The location of this home is within the impressive, private and gated community of Dolphin’s Ridge. The beach access is located at the split of Dolphin Ridge Road and Sandy Court which is where you will be able to leave your cart for a day at the beach. The walk to the beach is roughly a 5 min. walk as you are just around the corner from the access although the golf cart makes it a breeze.
