The Savvy Sea Breeze (3A-2 West) is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Oceanfront Condo. Covered deck with furnishings, handsome vistas and private beach walkway. Living Area faces the ocean. Dining Area. Grand Kitchen has bar seating, wet bar area, dishwasher & microwave. Please note, there is only a Keurig coffee maker at this property. Master Bedroom #1 has a King bed and a Full Bath with a Jacuzzi Tub. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Full Bath in Hall. 1 Color Cable TV, DVD Player & Stereo w/CD Player. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures.
