The Villas are located along the "Emerald Path," an 11-mile bicycle path that makes exploring Emerald Isle a breeze. You'll be just mins. away from shopping and eateries, yet still feel like you're away from it all. Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball goals, a picnic area, and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for painless beach access. Elevators (8 stair steps up to reach elevators) and coin-operated washer/dryers in A Building.

Kitchen/bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with a wall mounted 40" Flat Screen TV, a Full Bath and a covered deck. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
