Point Emerald Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex in the secluded western end of the island called ¡¡The Point¡¡. This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only mins. from shopping and eateries, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for simple beach access. Sorry, no elevator in B Building!

B-201 Point Emerald is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Almost Oceanfront Condo. (Onlyl 1 building from the ocean). Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Couch and a covered deck with table & chairs. Dining Area. Kitchen/bar Area has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath and deck. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Hall Bath. Central Heat & Air.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Hammocks Beach State Park. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.

When to book & When to go:

  • In the Havelock area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Emerald Isle. To find the largest rental within budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Havelock attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.
