The pier is just a short walk away and you have the added convenience of close by stores, eateries, and a public boat launch!

The ground level of the home includes an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower. At the entrance of this level you will find a recreation area equipped with a TV, pool table, and a modest kitchen area with a refrigerator. This level also homes three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king bed and a intelligent TV. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a intelligent TV. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a intelligent TV.

On level one there is a cavernous living area with nearly-oceanfront vistas. This area includes a intelligent TV, huge windows, and direct balcony access. The dining area has seating for eight. The completely-equipped kitchen has all the space you need to prepare your family’s meals as well as a bar with seating for four. This level homes three more bedrooms. Bedroom #4 has a king bed, a intelligent TV, and a private bathroom. Bedroom #5 has a twin bunk and trundle bed, as well as a double/twin bunk and a intelligent TV. You will find a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher on each level of the home and you will have access to a crockpot (who doesn’t want to prepare dinner while they soak up the sun?). Between a pack-n-play, a book collection, corn hole boards, and an array of family board games, this is the ideal place to bring the kids for a week away! The unit is equipped with high-speed wireless internet access for your convenience (now with Google Wi-Fi extenders and boosters throughout!).

-The pool can be heated between the months of April and October for an additional $625 per week - We cannot guarantee the gas pool heater will work if the temperature drops below 55 degrees.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
