About this Property

  • Sleeps 8
  • 3 Bedrooms
  • 3 Bathrooms
  • Condo
  • Approximately 1140 square feet

From the front door of our condo, you are steps away from putting your toes on the beach! Our gorgeous, freshly refreshed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo offers modern beach touches and the amenities of home. This second-floor unit directly faces the ocean and has impressive vistas of the Crystal Coast. Appreciate a morning cup of coffee on either of the two balconies with striking vistas of the beach!

Upon your arrival at Dunescape Villas, you will find bags carts and grocery shopping carts as well as an elevator to make moving into your home away from home simple and fast. There is a screened-in entry way / mud room in the front and a separate laundry room that has a full-size washer and dryer. The condo itself was newly modernized and newly decorated. It features luxury plank floor throughout, entirely-equipped kitchen, separate wet bar with drink refrigerator, oceanfront screen porch off the living room, and a separate oceanfront balcony off of the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bunkbed and a full bed and is next to a full bath with tub; there is also a modest workspace/desk area in this bedroom if you are so inclined. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and its own private half bath. There are TVs in all three bedrooms.

The kitchen has all new appliances including French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, and over-the-range microwave and is equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a new Keurig K-Duo Coffee Maker, which accepts single serve K-cups and can also brew drip coffee with a 12-cup carafe.

The living room has a 50” Samsung Intelligent TV with constructed-in Alexa. There is a screened-in porch off of the living room with seating overlooking the dunes, boarded walkway to the beach and, of course, the ocean.

Throughout the complex, there are numerous picnic areas with tables and charcoal grilles; you will need to provide your own charcoal. There are four swimming pools and numerous private beach access points with gazebos overlooking the beach. To use the pools, a release form must be signed prior to check-in.

All of the buildings at Dunescape Villas have parking tons near the unit. If additional parking is needed, there is overflow parking across the street. 2 parking passes supplied for parking at unit.

Bed linens, bath towels, and bath mats are not included. All beds have pillows and bed spreads. There are linen service companies in the area should you need this type of service.

Spring break weeks, mid-May to mid-September: 7 nighttime minimum weekly units, Sunday to Sunday. Other times of the year, 3 nighttime minimum with flexible check-in/out dates.

Self check-in and self check-out.

This is a no smoking property. No smoking around the pool, elevators, second floor common areas.

Renters must park in the designated spaces in front of the building, not under the buildings.

We would savor if guests would remove shoes at the front door. Sand from the beach lingers on shoes. Please do not rinse out sandy swimsuits in the unit as this could cause damage to the plumbing for the entire building. There are shower-off areas with hoses by the pool and beach access points that can be used for hosing off sandy items.

Safety First!! Ocean: Please look at the warning signs/flags out at the beach. If you see red flags, that means NO SWIMMING.

Can you put a tent on the beach? Modest tents/canopies are allowed on our beaches, supplied they are properly secured (tents over 200 ft & canopies over 400 ft need a permit). However, we strongly recommend that these structures are not left up overnight. Objects left on the beach overnight may interfere with nesting sea turtles and their hatchlings, and they also have a tendency to go missing when they are left unattended. In order to keep your visit safe and fun, we suggest that any structures be removed from the beach at nighttime.

Property is equipped with an external security camera at the entrance to our condo facing the entryway door.

Damages to property will be the responsibility of the guest.

The Area
Directly across the street you have condo access to a pier and day-dock to keep your boat on the Bogue Sound as well as park your trailer. If you bring your boat, there is a public boat launch one mile away. The condo is located less than 2 miles to “The Circle” with multiple bar and restaurant options. Known as the main “Town Beach” and located in the heart of the busy Atlantic Beach community, The Circle offers a myriad of ways to stay entertained, both on and off the sand. The condo is also a short drive to historic Fort Macon and the NC Aquarium. Just a short drive back across the bridge, the cozy towns of Morehead City and Beaufort offer stores and multiple dining options as well as water excursions and tours to Cape Lookout, Shackleford Banks, and Harkers Island.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. Country Club of the Crystal Coast and Anchorage Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. How to find the best rental home experience:

Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Summertime is high season in Atlantic Beach. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Havelock area visitors guides which include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local companies, or through a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Selecting and booking your Havelock vacation home:

  • To start, have your family agree to vacation dates and a spending budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the configuration your group requires. Shore Beats Work! Direct Oceanfront Atlantic Beach Paradise has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts is commonly accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email the property manager before you book the property. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to establish what is best for your vacation group.
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Additional pet fees or might be applied to your agreement.
  • Visiting for a specific event? Try a map search to locate nearby properties.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking

Advice for your stay:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your phone.
  • Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let burglars ruin your trip.
  • To make sure that damages aren't linked to your stay, note any problem areas when you arrive. Get in touch with the property manager right away to report your findings. If there is a dispute, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often an incredible source for finding the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at departure. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a fantastic stay? Many rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your property and/or host was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
